Before becoming an attorney, Kim served as a Texas peace officer, gaining firsthand experience with criminal investigations, law enforcement procedures, and the realities of the justice system. Today, she brings that perspective to her legal practice, along with a commitment to protecting her clients' rights and helping them navigate difficult situations.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and is also trained as a mediator.

As the founder of Manglberger Law, PLLC, Kim has built her practice around a simple belief: every client deserves to be heard, informed, and treated with respect.

Serving Bandera County, Kerr County, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country, she represents clients in criminal defense, family law, and estate planning matters.
